| Organization Name: Secret Police of Tokyo (SPT) Leader: Albus Lucifis Ranks: Requirements: Combat Experience with atleast one firearm, one melee weapon or un-armed combat (Or any weapon considered un-armed (Brass knuckles, retractable blade, ETC)) Race(s) alowed to join: ALL Organization Background: The SPT was not always the SPT they were originally known as Mutual Agreements For Interactive Actors (MAFIA) for short. But once a need leader took command the organization was completely re-structured. Today they are classified as a band of wannabees and any confirmed members should be shot and killed on site or reported to the proper authority's. Organization's Goal: (Mainstream Goal) To cut down crime and dangerous individuals that the police over-look.
