| Psy is now new glorious Leader! EDIT I am giving up my leadership role for this club and retiring to a more "supportive" role but before that I want to atleast steer this club onto the path that I had originally hoped that we would eventually reach, after that the new head-admin will take full control. For now we will use the same background systems with new grading that makes it so easy for admins to grade that workload will go down from hours to the matter of minutes per day, if even that. Other than that, its basically gonna be free-form like the old club, any introductory arc clearly did not work so that is all scraped, we are keeping the original events of Saobody though stories in the future will be up to the individuals of this club, restrictions that was there due to my project are now forever gone until my replacers changes it. But if this is gonna even remotely work we need some people to take up work, cause as ive said I will not be taking a lead admin role for this. Down here is a list of the different admin jobs, their roles are a bit more complicated than described but it gives you the right idea. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Head Administrator: The only one who will be remaining an admin beside me and simple, I will remain as a helping hand to all the different roles when its absolutely needed and contribute to the systems and help out with others stories. But the one who will truly be leading the club will be the one who takes this role. His duties are limitless and the amount he or she puts into the club is whats going to define it. Social Officer: Responsible for any newcomers and dealing with inner-club conflicts between members, the social admin must have good social and problem solving skills, they will spend most of their time helping people. Workload: Varies Technical Officer: Responsible for making sure that the systems in the club aren't functionally broken or actively being broken by the players themselves, spends most of his day monitoring character information posts and updates to make sure everyone that is RPing is doing what they are supposed to be doing. Its this officers job to know the systems almost as well as the creator so that if issues around the systems appear he or she can put the matter to a rest without bothering the admin. Workload: Heavy Story Cohesion Officer: The single job of this officer is to make sure that everyones stories actually work in the same universe, for example if someone kills a guy but this person is suddenly alive a few days later in another guys story, then its his job to solve this, having the authority to go in and enforce the changes necessary to get things moving properly again. This job requires a relatively high amount of creativity and problem solving skills. Workload: Medium ((Grading will be a shared job between Officers, if the workload becomes too great an extra officer position will be made available.)) __________________________________________________________________ When all of these roles are taken I will post the new grading system, I have potential club changes lined up to set up the setting as you might say, but at this point any new head-admin can get the final say in that. I personally will only remain admin to protect some of my story investments which I want to continue with into the new club like the White Fleet, Grateful family, rain and fork etc as well as help out with the general process of pushing the club into a new era, This was hastily put together so it might not be perfect, so I thank you for reading this far and hope some of you take on one of the roles described, thanks. |

| If i was to be head admin, i would handpick the team myself. I'd want Bax on Story Cohesion, and Panda on Social. Technical will require some thinking.. preferably Javarell, but thats out of the question obviously. (unless Tech-adm goes under "supporting role" nowadays) Its salvageable, but its going to take more then some small effort. Not a whole lot of work, just effort. |

| Whoever becomes Head-Admin will be the one who can take these final decisions, i'm only here to pick the head-admin, the officers will be picked out of whoever volunteers by the head-admin, though I am adamant that these officers remain "officers" so that a minimum of users remain in the position of admin as the rights that come with this is not needed to do what your supposed to do as a officer, though the technical officer might become an admin aswell, simply due to how connected this member will be to the systems of the club. |

| I'm free from my exams at the 20th at last. Seeing that this RP is being revived, I believe that it's better for me to assist its revival compared to my original plans on establishing a new RP. Based on past experiences with the buds', I nominate either Psy or Shadow to be head administrator. Personally, I'd be interested in being the Technical Officer though I'm not entirely sure about how much time I have before University starts (I'll keep you updated on my progress). Having gotten involved in a few other RPs, I think I can generally spot out things such as broken abilities! I'm also wondering if there's a position where people can design different aspects of the roleplay altogether (whether it'd be through systems, items, character progress throughout the OP locations, and so on) as I'd certainly be interested in that. Could I remake my character when it starts up again on another note? |

| Here I am...volunteering for story cohesion. I would volunteer for technical officer but I personally think that's far too much stress knowing how everyone likes to break the rules and then start pointing fingers when confronted. |
