A heartwarming episode. Considering how there is an anti-robot movement, I am not surprised that they're people who trade and sell robot body parts through the black market.

I also have to say that the detective, while strict, is kind-hearted and does his job right. He was willing to withhold further aggressive confrontation with the gigantic robot after seeing Al and the little kid's happy reunion. He could have continued the onslaught, but he didn't. Kudos for him.
