| Well… I guess I except it to end with Rin starting to swim togheter with the others again (and + Rei ofc) I dunno rly though, I hope at least it won't be some kind of troll ending :s |
| We only have about 4 episodes left? I still can't figure out how the ending will be like T^T... A part of me wants Rin to break "Free!" of all of his issues and kiss and make up with Haru. Another part of me wants it to end with Haru and Rin being all competitor friendly, but no longer the same friendship anymore... ughh... I just don't know yet :/ OTL |

Naw, just kidding. >.< They leave it at a cliffhanger and, three years later, continue with a second season from where they left off but instead the second season will be a yaoi hentai where there's a Love-Pentagon between the five of them and it turns into an all-out yaoi Orgy. They end it with them on the beach and they then walk off into the sunset laughing and smiling. c: |
| The apocalypse will happen. The ocean level will decrease dramatically until there is little or none of it left. Japan and the rest of the islands of the world are now part of the mainland. The decrease was the result of a great drought and rising temperatures, leaving the planet dry. Most people are devastated, including the Swimming club. While searching for water, the group encounters a large sandstorm, and loses each other. Makoto was picked up by a caravan. To show his gratitude to the leader, he pays his debt by working in a shop. Nagisa almost killed himself by eating a poisonous cactus but was stopped by a troupe of dancers and gave him proper food instead. He went along with them thinking that he will encounter his friends someday. A platoon was marching across the dessert when they encountered a body half-buried in the sand. They took the young man with them and treated him. Rei, not being able to forgive himself because he lost his friends, decided to become a soldier in order to find them. Rin stumbled across a palace. The sultan owning the mansion welcomed him. Since the old man was dying and has no family, he decided to give his fortune-a vast amount of water, to Rin. Haru was left behind in the dessert along with a camel who luckily survived. He continued the journey, hoping that he can find his friends in a safe place. *Splash Free! starts to play* |

| I don't know how its gonna end. its just one of those anime that just leaves lots of openings for imagination. Like I hope that Haru resolves his mixed feelings about the situation and states" I swim because............................."(I want to swim with my friends[just like Makoto] ) |
