Shuri's uniform.

Why did Shuri have a different color uniform than everyone else at school?
Maybe it's something I don't know or understand about Japanese schools yet
but it's bugging the crap out of me that she was the ONLY ONE.

At first I assumed it was a grade difference, because I've seen some anime
where the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years have some uniform differences, but that
was quickly squashed by seeing every other female student reguardless of year have the black uniform.

Then I thought perhaps she was wearing a special uniform to represent being on a student council or something, but that was clearly not the case.

I don't believe she was in a summer uniform just to be a rebel, especially since it had long sleeves.

So can anyone explain to me why Shuri's uniform was that odd yellow color while everyone else's was black/grey?

I don't think I missed the explanation, but maybe I did.
I kept expecting Sana to ask about it, but that never happened.
