The art in the labyrinth was so magnificent and beautiful. I'm quite interested in burlesque types of art so that might be an option. Story line was pretty much okay, though including a guy in there would probably balance out the raging female hormones of all the characters. But pretty much, there was a nice twist in the story and it was very nice.

Right OK. I don't want to spend ages writing a review as I have much anime to watch.
In a basic sum-up of this anime, it's a magical girl anime which I generally will not watch simply because of the fact they're often aimed at 4 year old girls, but this one was actually pretty good, it wasn't just a typical anime, it was much more mature with dark scenes and serious points to it, the characters are pretty well thought out and the story is well plotted with twists in appropriate points, also the art is good throughout the anime, I have seen a few where it consistently gets worse :/ . Anyway I would recommend this t anyone who doesn't like the magical girl genre because it's not really a magical girl anime if you get what I mean.

This is one of my favorite shows.

Not only was it a brilliant story, it took a genre usually reserved for being light and soft and made it a hard, mature, top-down deconstruction. The characters were great, the plot twists were brilliant, and I rewatched it for this watch and enjoyed it just as much. A fantastic show.

Overall: 9/10
