| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Fucking great episode again. The tense situation between Jirobo and Sagen payed off and more, I loved the whole scene where he talked until Sagen's facial expression gave away the graveyard. But damn, Jirobo's gonna need White Cloud to get out of this one again. The beginning was pretty funny with Ii learning of Hideyoshi's bed wetting, that visualization lol. Motivated Tokugawa was eery as hell, and then drunken Keiji getting pissed at the storytelling was great. I like how he played our role wanting to know more about that caretaker. I dunno if it was on the subs or the direction of last episode's ending, but they made it seem like it was a spectre of Nobunaga, so I'm glad they cleared that up. Sakon's righteousness was awesome, letting those guys live every time they tried to kill him because of his regret, only making them wait to kill him. That scene was very intense, and now the stage is set for an epic battle. I just hope that, unlike the meeting with Hideyoshi, we actually get one this time. |

| I watched both ep 22 and 23 today because it totally slipped my mind last week, lol. That was just so great. The righteousness I felt from ep 23 was incredible. I can just smell the epicness of next week's episode already. |
