| Everyone assumed it was Banishment (because it makes the most sense grammatically), but according to the S2 ED it's Vanishment. That's Engrish for you. |

| "Vanishment This World!" is the official term for Rikka' catchphrase. it even shows up as the name of the second season's ED. The fansubbers merely mistook it for Banishment in S1, because in Japanese, the v and b are pretty much the same letter/sound, just like l and r are. It makes sense, as Rikka wants the real world to disappear (vanish) in favor of the world she supposedly sees through her Tyrants Eye. |
