| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Awesome! Nice and laid back like I expected. Momoi's voice was perfect for Yurume! But damn, only 1 ep!? oh well they did cover pretty much everything from vol.1, my favourite parts have to be the opening the rice cooker bit and Matsukichi getting arrested twice after playing tag with the girls lol. I'm just going to watch this every time I need to chill out from now on. Great stuff! |

| I had to watch the raw version, but I liked it. The whole layed back atmosphere reminded me a lot of "Ichigo Mashimaro." |

| I didn't like it. It was a bit bland with nothing much to offer. I love 4komas, but this was just flatline. Some of the jokes I didn't understand it seemed like a 4koma that tries too hard. |

| it was pretty bland, i found none of the jokes funny. i liked the laid back feeling of it though a so-so way of spending 35 minutes imo |

| Utter crap. Animation looks like it's been done by a monkey that got trained to handle Flash. It got 2 laughs out of me, and for a full on slapstick/comedy that's just not enough for 35 minutes of material. Might have been more tolerable I had watched one of the short bits every now and then and not the whole thing in one go. |

| The two short TV series that followed after this were superior. With the short length and better animation working only to their advantage. I did enjoy the cicada-mate sections and I also found them surprisingly relatable. |
