| Probably not going to continue this way but one thing i have been really impressed so far is the quality of the animation. The show often look's good enough to be a movie. |

I actually was just looking the related anime section and i saw the ova page and because the summary seemed like what i already been watching i figured that what you said might be the case. It's a shame that it doesn't keep looking as good but that doesn't stop me keeping watching it. |

That glorious water splash animation. It's been so long since I've watched an anime with good fluid animation. It's been even longer since the last time (or anytime) I saw actual animation of trees moving due to strong wind. And hopefully Ken arrested that driver instead of just letting him off with a little lecture and a slap on the wrist, like how it looked. |
| Just finished the OVA after realizing that was supposed to come first, and this is definitely a step down, though it's to be expected since this is a TV anime (and it was 1996). Even still, it's still as enjoyable, and the comedy is still pretty good. |
