Is there any news if a.f.k. will return to the series, or will they leave us in despair?

In the meantime it seems gg, and Suimasen & CommieSubs are the only other groups taking on the project thus far.

I'm pretty sure AFK has gone lolno when asked, and I'm certain that GG has absorbed Volans's typesetter after their translator got backlogged with school/job work. That about rounds out the list of candidates. I can also confidently state that Spoon is out of the running, so the only "dropped, but might pick up" group that's touched it more recently than a few eps out of the middle of S1 is DnD, who haven't been heard from on anything since ep 2 of Goku.

Still potential for a group that hasn't done any previous stuff, though, though presumably they'd have announced by now.

Zetsubou Sensei is known to kill groups it seems. It's too bad really, I want more Sensei.
