| 'ko' is a conjugation i think or an auxiliary verb...If it's a conjugation the closest resemblance i think would be from what i know is french. for example the verbs change a bit do show respect or change the tense or something... Here 'ko' adds respect to the sentence like 'vous' adds respect in french instead of using 'tu'.... though the word 'aap' itself adds respect instead of using 'tum' or 'tu' but still 'ko' i think then is best defined as a conjugated term.. |

| btw your sentence 'lekin aap ko' ain't a full sentence, it doesn't have a verb to begin with... an example of a full sentence of it may be 'lekin aap ko yeh karna kyu hai' ie: Translation - But why do you have to do this? Transliration - But you (with respect) this do why is*? * hai is an auxiliary verb which has got to be present (not always) to make a sentence grammatically correct... it acts just like 'is' in english |

| I know hindi people, I know it! I even am interested in Hindi poetry to a certain extent, i know people find it boring. It's just that sharoek gave a half sentence so, I was not able to explain to him. And I was trying to explain to him about verb conjugations, but i think i ain't a got at explaining fundamentals of language lolz |

| see its a very scientific language almost like chem or physics for feminine kart'i' hai ,beht'i' hai ,chalt'i' hai, udt'i' hai, kuudt'i' hai etc etc. ti hai is the last part of the verb in the feminine all of the verbs end with an 'i' in masculine terms you just use an 'a' instead of an 'i' get it! get it! its a matter of practice you'll get it... |
