Disclaimer: my perseption might be distorted by teh nostalgia, but I re-read it many times, and the manga holds up!
That manga hits the very unique sweet spot of hentai, there it gets to be openly absurd and comedic, but retain all the hotness of the plots and concepts. Boy Soprano is exactly that. The boy forced to cross-dress just for his all-girls school to constantly fuck him anyway, school SM-club, the sweetest cry contest? It's presented on such a silly and engaging way. And the manga manages to include a lot of plot variations despite staying in that same setting.
The art is very pretty

and very of it's time. It oozes the 90s. Soft shapes, big emphasis on the eyes, it all really adds to adrorable vibe, as well as to comedic scenes. On the other hand, these soft shapes make great curves and are perfect for sexy action too.
While "femboy with huge shlong" is not a unique concept nowdays, it's not overly common either, and Boy Soprano remains one of the best executions of it that I know. If the list of kinks represented in this manga aligns with your tastes, do not miss it - this is so hot, so fun and so enjoyable!
