TV Anime of Manga '12-sai.' Announced

The March 2016 issue of Ciao magazine (cover pictured), which will go on sale on February 3, has announced that shoujo romance manga 12-sai. will be receiving a TV anime adaptation.

The manga drawn by Nao Maita has been serialized since the September 2012 issue of the magazine. Shougakukan has published eight volumes of the manga. The series was previously adapted into an 8-episode OVA series in 2014, continuing with a second season in 2015.

Ayumu Tsutsumi: Tetsuya Kakihara (Fairy Tail)
Inaba Mikami: Atsushi Tamaru (Tamako Market)

The short was kind of the most shoujo-ish thing I had ever seen. I can not imagine this selling, and it is a kids manga....so I feel like...shorts?

Im kind of interested in this show for some very odd reason, but thats just me, maybe because of the anime cast voice acting was announced, or maybe because I want to see something refreshing. It just looks like that.

Randomly found the first OVA and got annoyed they were missing most of them. If this picks up after the OVAs then I won't touch it, hopefully it remakes what the OVAs did (not) do.

I think this could be really interesting,if the show shows the development of 12 old girl in a more serious way. From the art,it looks more like a moeblob/ kind of cheesy comedy though. (but thats not too bad either)

Read a bit of the manga when it first came out and it was cute. The Anime OVAs are average, though.

Meh, doesn't seem like it'll be any good and the cast isn't that interesting (if they keep it). Somehow I'm not surprised by this adaptation though.

Sounds like a decent idea in theory, but I just don't really see it working properly or being taken as seriously as it really should be. Don't think I'll bother.
