Netflix's 'Leviathan' Anime Announces Cast and Additional Staff

Netflix Japan's official X account announced the cast, additional staff, and theme songs for the anime adaptation of Scott Westerfeld's Leviathan novel on Friday. The anime will debut worldwide exclusively on Netflix on July 10.

Christophe Ferreira (Hirune Hime: Shiranai Watashi no Monogatari storyboard) is helming the anime at Orange. Nobuko Toda (Ultraman Final), Kazuma Jinnouchi (RWBY: Hyousetsu Teikoku) are composing the music.

Westerfeld published the steampunk novel in 2009 as the first part of a trilogy. The second and third novels, Behemoth and Goliath, were released in 2010 and 2011.
