Not a rare case; I got really into anime in middleschool and have never really stopped ⟡.
I don't update my lists too often, my scores are all over the place (tend to just rate things i really like) and I'm definitelly still missing a bunch of stuff from over the years. ➢ Dropped: manga I havent been able to find the continuation of, or have finished and mal still considers as "publishing" ➢ Do i have stuff I havent touched since middleschool on my lists?
