Yeah I read the manga but haven't gotten around to finishing the anime.

No, but it got pretty good near the end. Still too inconsistent and unfunny to warrant any score over 7, but certainly not a waste of time. I found the best moments to be...

1) Anytime Kagami and Konata were in the same scene
2) Lucky Channel in the last 1/4 of the show
3) Minoru's endings
