Yes it does, but it's a more cute form of my real name. My parents (my dad's a Russian and I speak it fluently) came up with it when I was a kid, and as a friend of mine heard it, it wasn't long before everyone started dubbing me 'Kotka'. It's good for them (and for me also, haha) I guess, since my name is very long.
I've also had plenty of Finnish people asking me if I'm from Finland since 'Kotka' in Finnish means eagle, and there's also a city with the same name in Finland.
The Japanese form of my name means 'little hawk', and it can be written fully understandable with kanji. Just in case you wondered, haha.
