Watching Anime since I was like 3 years old (DBZ, Doraemon and Shinchan).
Toradora is the best RomCom, BokuYaba is peak.
Mushoku is nice but Konosuba is the best Sitcom.
Prison School is the best comedy ever, and maybe Asobi Asobase.
I love KyoAni, Ufotable is nice, JC Staff is okay, but surely FUCK MAPPA.
Aoi Yuuki is the best VA, but I like Hanazawa Kana and Hiroshi Kamiya.
But not a certified weeb, don't play Gacha or buy Manga, though I buy online copies of Manhwa (Otome Isekai enthusiast).
If you need Anime Recommendation, just pick out anything from my favourites, they are all good.
