I agree. At first I wasn't sure what to make of it but when I heard it was a super hero show about advertising I had to see it. Fortunately it had a number of interesting plot twists. Even though the show got somewhat dark at the end it still had a fair amount of humor. Whenever this show gets fully licensed I'm definitely pre-ordering the DVDs.

I also noticed we gave the show the same exact rating on our anime lists. XD

Hmm. I see. Not bad but it could have been much better. I might try an episode out of curiosity now but it didn't look like it would be enjoyable. I'll probably end up spending the time getting into Blue Exorcist or something. I've been wanting to watch that for a while...

What's this, Euro? You dropped Sacred Seven after one episode? Is it really that bad? I admit when I wrote about the shows I saw at the Otakon anime industry panels I wasn't impressed by the plot of Sacred Seven. From what I researched to write it sounded like a bad version of Scryed. ^_^;

How are you liking Panty & Stocking With Garterbelt? I'm thinking about giving it a try soon. The American-style (kinda reminds me of Genndy Tartakovsky's work) has definitely caught my attention.

Thanks! I think this series is going to be one of my all-time favorite Gundams. I'll have to be on the lookout for fan art and cosplay of that. *Snicker.* And I'll be in chat, I'll try to be a bit earlier than I have in the past. Ie, there before 10pm or around 10.

Outlaw Star has a good vibe. People like to compare it to Cowboy Bebop for some reason, but other than being bounty hunter space shows, they have little in common. And I enjoyed the over the top stuff in GL. I found myself shouting "Oh, get the hell out of here!" in disbelief at some of the stuff, but the show was a lot of fun to watch.

I've been watching Season 2 of Gundam 00 on TV. So far I love the series, I don't think I've been this entertained with a Gundam show since Gundam Wing or even the 08th MS Team. Although much of episode 8 was (unintentionally) hilarious with Teira pulling off his disguise quite well. But yeah, I'll agree with you, he's become a much more likable character in my eyes since the end of season 1 and the start of season 2.

I see you're also watching Outlaw Star. That show is one of my favorites. I had a chance to watch it twice in 1999/2000, followed by another viewing on DVD (I got the original black and gold box set) in 2007. Though I've noticed you rated slightly higher than I have. Your thoughts on the series so far? ^_^

The ending was pretty satisfying, sad but satisfying. And personally I think he's dead (I'll agree it was *possible* for him to survive) otherwise, the price he had to pay wasn't worth as much. I was going to hold my thoughts for a LJ entry, but I haven't had time to sit down and write. But uh, expect it soon.

Also, it's amazing how the Geass fandom is split over the ending and the show in general. I think I'm going to stay away from the Geass fandom for the most part. O_o
