P5 has a good soundtrack but I like P4's better overall - I feel like there were more memorable tracks there. As for the endings in P5, I only got the True one because I didn't want to waste time looking at any of the other ones.
Dancing spinoff? You mean there'll be a P5 Dancing All Night? I got P4 Dancing All Night on Vita and I found it really easy, but I might be interested.
As for how I'm doing...honestly there's stuff going on that I'd rather not talk about. But the job is okay and I just got a new apartment so things are moving forward here at least. How are you?
I didn't talk to Chihaya until very late so I didn't get to max out that many Social Links - she never really interested me so I guess that's what I get for that. Ann, Sae, Futaba, Shinya, Yusuke, Kawakami, Takemi, and Hifumi turned out to be some of my favorite characters.
Why is Haru the one with the Psi element when Makoto is the smart one?.....
That's true, the menus are so slick and easy to navigate. Never had any Xbox systems of my own, but from news and personal experiences at friends' houses, they do seem weird to look through. Morgana is cute, no doubt, he definitely beats Teddie in that regard. But he is super-annoying, from blocking you from pursuing night activities because of story reasons to repeating the same damn thing every time you exploit an enemy's weakness. I KNOW JOKER LOOKS COOL, MORGANA! WE ALL KNOW! QUIT REMINDING US!!! Plus, there's a certain arc later in the story that sorta just left a bad taste in my mouth because of him.
I wouldn't be jealous of those accomplishments. One is from Nier Automata, which is super-easy to get due to a certain "Cheat" put in by the creator himself. And Final Fantasy XV's is easy if you complete all the main and side missions along with a couple special hunts and some side-activities. So, the usual JRPG fare, nothing more. Though they added more trophies through dlc, so I got it beforehand. P5's may take some time. I believe you have to play at least twice to obtain it, as well as collect all personas and complete all confidants.
I'm sure the Xone is a good system, but PS4 rocks with those exclusives they got. P5, Automata, Nioh, Horizon Zero Dawn, Bloodborne, Uncharted, etc. Futaba is best bae. I won't spoil what her personality is like, but let's just say a lot of otaku fancy her for obvious reasons, myself included. I love everyone in the cast, except Morgana. And Ann, who I like in the main story, but her Confidant conversations are...meh.
My PSN is Warrior5731. Can't tell if it's active though, since I restarted the hard drive.
So you've joined the Phantom Collective as well, huh? Tis only a matter of time until every PS4 owner must try out one of the JRPGs of the year (the other JRPG being Nier: Automata, but I won't bore you with my pandering lol). Yeah, it usually takes about 100+ hours to get through everything the first time, so you're making good progress to be in the 4th dungeon. Favorite waifu so far? You can also include husbandos too in your choices.
I had a PS4 back in November, 6 months later, stopped working due to so much dust jacking up the disc reader. Great system, despite that inconvenience. Make sure you take good care of yours. Got any games out now or in the future you wanna get? I may have some recommendations depending on your preferences.
That was 5-6 years ago, right? Interesting. I practically started out the womb, playing Super Mario 64 when I was 3. Wind Waker may still be my GOAT video game I ever played. Pokémon is pretty dope too. X was fun, and I caught all 720 Pokémon on Alpha Sapphire, which was a first. Favorite Pokémon is still Blaziken, Fire/Fighting was such a great idea. You as well?
JRPGs are usually my go-to, whether action or turn-based. Stealth, racing and shooters also house some of my faves. So, Legend of Zelda, Mario Kart, Metal Gear Solid, Drakengard, Final Fantasy, Souls/Borne, Bioshock and Fire Emblem would be some of my favorite franchises. Right now, I'm going old-school with a PS2 and playing some of the classics I missed when I was still a Nintendo fanboy (which there is nothing wrong with being, scout's honor). You?
It's the strangest thing with anime, as I usually prefer English vocals if given the chance, but always prefer the original language with live-action films, no matter where they are from. Can't explain it. Also, 90% may be a stretch. 80% sounds more like my experience. What dubs have you found to be worth watching or even comparable in quality to the Japanese vocals
You said it with subs being better. 90% of the dubs I watch have been either been perfect, well done, or fairly competent. The other 10%...well, I wish I had the gumption to switch or quit before I delved in so deep. I still need to watch Shinsekai Yori, Kyoukai no Kanata, Penguindrum, Ping Pong and Zegapain again, but in sub, as the dubs admittedly left a lot to be desired.
Happy to be back. Feels nice talking to people on the Internet again, and with barely any hostility or opinion-pushing either.
