i've watched meganebu back in 2018-2020, actually! i just did a rewatch of the anime recently, and it's just as great as i remembered! i'm so glad i decided to come back to it. i've almost forgotten how much i loved those silly glasses boys.
and yeah! all the three games on NDS had been fully translated to english. you should definitely check it out!
Yeah the Mangaka has such a distinct style, I own their other book Nakamura. Glad to help ^^
