Tbf, Aku and I had money (spent 5k+ on that trip), but we made a pact to share our meals coz I was on a diet, I think she was too, portions were massive (like aku could rarely finish her food), we hated tip culture and american prices (like if we got a decent amount for our money we'd be fine, but despite the big portion, the prices were still not worth what we got, esp with the servers hovering over you all the time). I stopped at some point tho after some persuasion from matic :)
But in general I share food with friends all the time coz I like to and coz I'm a fat shit who needs to eat less XD

I dropped the manga a few years ago, so I don't have much to say about it, but I really like that some people on here have such strong opinions on an obscure series.
