2 and lower are just anime of course it could’ve been better. But I’m not here to trash it. And what good would that do?
If I haven’t rated it, I likely haven’t experienced it fully yet.

Oh thanks for listing the other series for the From the New World stack. Also, updating on Maria Holic, episodes 10 and 11 use manga panels.

Oh yeah hello again. I started Maria Holic recently, it does use manga panels too, prominent mostly in episodes 2 and 3, need to keep watching.

For your anime with manga scenes stack, Nekogami Yaoyorozu has some of an in-universe manga created by one of the characters, in episodes 2, 3, 5, and the OVA.

Hello! So I saw your stack of anime with manga scenes, it's an interesting stack and I want to help here.

Hidamari Sketch x 365 - Opening.
Hidamari Sketch x Honeycomb has one eyecatch that parodies shoujo manga reactions, it only appears once across the whole season though.
Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei - Opening of episodes 1 and 2 (Same opening, but different panels shown in each episode)
Heppoko Jiken Animation Excel Saga - Don't remember the exact place but it did happen several times across the show.
I don't know if this case counts but: ef: a tale of memories has a main character (Hirono) who is a manga artist, its panels are shown a few times.
