if you like baccano then you should watch durarara http://myanimelist.net/anime/6746/Durarara!! its set in the same world as baccano. two characters even pop up tho only in two episodes i think.
If you wan't any recommendations for a specific genera just let me know. I've been involved with anime for a year and a half and just started reading a bit of pretty intense ecchi manga. Let's just say I could make a pretty solid recommendation.
