Anime/Animation Review criteria
10 – Masterpiece
Near perfect. Masterpieces possess excellent qualities and are more often than not, unique to the rest of the genre.
9 – Great/Close to masterpiece
Excellent qualities, however the few flaws did not get completely outshined by the qualities, it could also be that the source held it back.
8 – Very good
Show executed well and the story was satisfactory. However, something is missing from the show.
7 – Good
I left feeling content in watching them, not much more.
6 – Ok
I give animations a 6 if I'm struggling to gauge whether I enjoyed the show or not, it may have had a concept that's my thing but executed poorly, or the inverse.
5 – Average
Barely enjoyable, story will be forgotten in the near future.
4 – Poor
Most likely dropped, there is likely too many, or too great of the flaws holding it back despite good qualities
3 – Bad
Good chance it was dropped -- unless part of a series. There were too many flaws, or abhorrent story choices
2 – Very bad
If it's a 2, its either because there's few redeeming qualities or it's managed to ruin a good franchise. 2's make me wish the show in question was re-done.
1 – A disaster
Some kind of degeneracy/egregious features or it ruined a franchise to a more severe extent than (2). Basically, the company's in my blacklist
“If you hear a voice within you say ‘you cannot paint,’ then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced. That voice, that fear—kill it not by arguing with it, but by acting in spite of it.” — Vincent van Gogh (paraphrased)
Chainsaw man has always had a special place in my heart as I adored the entirety of the Public Safety Saga and the starting few arcs of the Academy saga. However, it started falling off for me afterwards so I eventually stopped reading. Have heard its picked back up since so I've considered catching up but we'll see

Sometimes they do update slowly though but that is fine to me.
