The anime i have Re-watched the most (Season 1&2) 9 times and counting. If i need motivation to do something or i'm depressed, i watch the first episode.
ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka
ACCA: 13 doesn't have an obvious selling point or a super complex story, but it kept me guessing even after i Re-watched it a 2 time right after i finished it. The MC has a relaxed view on life, and walk around like a total boss 24/7.
