That's fair, his style is very verbose and not really for everyone. I think he wrote great stories though, The Shadow out of Time is especially amazing.

It looks very good! Again your style is very clean and precise which i like (i don't know if i'm using the correct words here) but yes drawing fanart is such a good way to practice art because you can draw something that you feel passionate about, and you already have a reference so it makes your job easier. I myself would almost exclusively draw fanart of anime characters when i first started (i still do it a lot tbf).

I'll probably stick with the n64 emulators. I tried one before but the graphics looked off even for n64. I'll later try it with another emulator.
Gonna have to find a cheap controller before that

I like the catboys there :p someday, I hope :) properly playing/completing at least one FF game would be nice, at least out of "scientific interest".

Thanks! It's of Hastur The Yellow King from the Cthulhu Mythos! It's not my own original creation but yeah i agree the colours do look good.

Oh and yeah i totally get what you mean! Hands are a pain in the asshole to draw cause it's damn hard to make them look right you know? To make them look like actual human hands and not like the appendage of an amoeba. Even with a reference i still struggle and it takes me like 10-20 sketches before i can get it right.

Well I did want to play MM but I was stuck between the N64 or 3DS version
I've heard the 3ds took a lot of its og charm away
I play oot with 3ds simulator and it was fun honestly

Yeah i like the art thread as well, and now that i've slowly gotten back into drawing after a 2 year hiatus i feel i can actually contribute something.

Just wanted to say that you totally shouldn't feel insecure about your art. You're definitely one of the better illustrators i've seen on here. Your lines and colours are very clean and your characters are very expressive and well drawn! I don't really know how to talk about art properly but just wanted to make you feel better about your drawing.

Finally returned to Zelda series. Finished TOTK after 195 hours of gameplay lol
Went for ALTTP, now I'm doing OOT. It's fun series; except the 2d top-down games, fuck them.
It's gonna be a fun project at the dorm

I was very overwhelmed. Things have gotten easier though. The kids are becoming more independent which helps me a lot. They also started school so I get some me time now which is excellent. My husband got a new job that he seems to like and allows him a 4 day weekend. We're looking forward to going to the gym together and getting back in shape. :)
