Is your MAL complete? Of course the first sci-fi I'm gonna recommend is Legend of the Galactic Heroes, especially if you like epic space operas - as long as you don't mind the older aesthetic. Try out the LotGH movie My Conquest is the Sea of Stars and see if you like. Planetes and Space Brothers aren't sci-fi per se, but also worth a shot. Planetes is set slightly more in the future, and both are about space exploration.

Since you like Psycho-Pass and Ergo Proxy, I'd highly recommend GITS: Stand Alone Complex. Cowboy Bebop is another no-brainer. Parasyte is another short and sweet one, more of a thriller than a sci-fi.

For something a little out of the ordinary, try Kaiba and Girls' Last Tour.

From the Ghibli collection, definitely watch Nausicaa. Akira's a classic that's also worth checking out.

Shinsekai Yori's already in your PTW I see, that's a solid watch.
