Yeah I heard really good things about that series, I always thought of it as "good taste" anime, like no one would hate you for having it in your favorites. I have other anime to watch, but I'll probably get to it eventually.

as said, i heard the exact same sarcastic tone praising popularly hated anime like SAO, Handshakers, Big Order, School Days, etc at least 1 million times... I for some masochistic reason like to read reviews, or used to before it got flooded with reviews like dis and as said, there is a weird guy in our club that makes jokes like this in discord channel ALL THE TIME... Soo, sorry i kinda grew tired of it :D

Hello! I found your comment on Misty's profile, and I see nobody has yet anwsered your question, so I'll answer it for you! :)
Kuroko No Basket and Haikyuu! are both VERY similar in terms of story and characters. There's a powerful duo you'll follow to the last round of the tournament, with powerful teams in the way, etc. (Like any team sport anime) The two things I really like about Haikyuu! (More than Kuroko No Basket) is that ALL of the characters are likable, even the rivals. Also, the plot line (Throughout the 3 seasons) is constant (Seriously, it's scary), entertaining and jawdropping. (Which also means if you don't like the first 3 episodes you won't like the rest of the series)
Yeah, this is a long comment... Anyway, if you liked Kuroko No Basket, you have a big chance of liking Haikyuu!.
