A little late (a lot), thanks for the recommendation but the summary didn't really spark an interest. I did come across Mushishi from your list though, that seems like an interesting anime.

Sadly, I don't think everyone shares our sentiments for female leading characters...especially in the video game industry (semi-tangential, but I think still relevant). I recall several cases of publishers either making changes or outright revoking intellectual properties because the developers wanted to have a female lead character...publishers thought that they wouldn't sell without a dude-bro at the forefront.

I think I'll give corpse party a shot once I can find a decent copy of it.

Ah, computer problems are the worst...I hope it's working smoothly now. I'm actually curious about Corpse Party: Tainted Souls as I'm pretty familiar with the games. Is it worth watching?

Shiki is a cool character. I enjoy good female protagonists...and not for the same reasons as most other guys. I generally find them to be more interesting and compelling since male characters tend to dominate storytelling as a whole.

It was a pretto good anime, seem to have a little better understandment now then i was at first (was a bit confused lol). Rika seems tobe the one pulling the strings really. I'm certainly going to start watch the second season very soon. Best horror series yet, though i haven't watched that many horrors. The gore was pretty good and the maggots were pretty cool lol : ) Apparantly the second season is even better and i'm looking forward to it.

Hey TRenee, how's it going? Have you seen anything interesting (good or bad...I think bad can be equally as interesting to talk about) lately? I'm still planning on watching Un-Go! After I finish all of the Kara No Kyoukai films.

Oh I actually kept seeing Un-Go pop up in the suggestions forums and it was eventually suggested to me in a thread I made the other day. It seems pretty interesting; I plan on watching it sometime soon.
