i think people liked this animation (season 3 and prior) and then season 4 came along with mappa and their CGI titans and everyone went nu-uh- but honestly i think its better the animation changed cuz anyways lmk what you think once you catch up ^^

well thats something haha yk theres even a pretty high profile character in the series that ships the two its crazy :o theres actually 3 mcs and basically the ships are all over the place once the supporting characters come in.. luckily not classed as a romance so alls well that ends well :P

fair enough they do have similar art styles (kind of?) but trust theyre pretty different //solo levelling's action-driven, power fantasy Vs ORV's character-driven, plot-heavy, meta-fiction//

i dont think the anime adaptations out yet- its also getting a kdrama which is crazy (everyones hating on it tho cuz they replaced swords with guns or smtg) but anyways i hope the anime turns out good!!

i dunno according to my mal ratings maid sama as of now but i gave every other shoujo a 10 originally so i cant say for sure haha..

(yes it does!) i agree.. great worldbuilding is nothing without great characters..
i dunno if you read webtoons/webnovels but theres this one called omnicient readers viewpoint that literally has everything-- would definitely recommend checking it out sometime!

i think in that aspect im same as you with the whole "ill watch anything" idea
i started off with 99% of my list being shoujo but i believe its gotten pretty diverse over time haha

if i had to put it into words id say OHSHC leans more on the side of parody (with a large cast and a satirical edge) while maid samas more of a direct romantic comedy~

fair enough maybe a rewatch isnt such a bad idea..
its crazy how powerful the nostalgia factor can be haha..definitely makes us overlook a lot..
