See you're doing it again..you're saying that for you it's ugly and you don't analyse anything..Don't even count the amount of work put in those frames where planet and object perfectly fit and alternate with the outline of the head of the man
Your review on 00:08 is horrible..making a review spamming your works and insulting others works for stupid things.
You judge something because you don't liked the art but you didn't even analysed it properly
The story is more important but I know some people that value anime's sound highly as well. Cowboy Bebop had no fluidly, kinda all over the place except for 4 episodes but the sound for it was amazing, the characters were executed well as well. I think they each have the same level of importance, the sound usually sets the tone and with bad sound, the anime is gonna come off awkward.
My counting right? I added them all up and divided them by the most they could get, so I gave it 24. It's possible it could have received a 50, but it didn't. I divided 24 by 50 to get 4.8 then rounded that up to be 5. I don't understand what you're talking about my numbers?
lol I actually really hate wasting time, so I'll usually speed a boring anime up or I'll watch anime and do something else at the same time to make it more bearable.
I have a policy of never dropping an anime because it might get better later on. For example, I really didn't like the 1st season of Tokyo Ghoul, but the series overall I'd rate a 7.5 or 8. Plus, its more fair to rate anime only after I've seen the entire thing.
I was really looking for something more creative or interesting in terms of animation. It was all pretty standard. Sasuga animation, but not without it's criticism of being typical KyoAni character designs, camera work, setting etc. As far as artistry goes it's got almost no artistic merit at since it's a completely inhuman work, so I feel like I'm still being generous here.
Well, about your Koe no Katachi review, I think that
if Shoya died, it would have gone full melodrama and the anime was about him finding retribution. I get what you say about some characters feeling fake, but this whole scene was like a challenge for Shoya to see if he can finally let go of the past. And I believe the ending was way more powerful than what you proposed. It showed Shoya finally feeling redeemed for his past. That is why the ending is a great message and it is closely related to the myth of the Hunchback on the bridge from Thus Spoke Zararhustra by Nietszche. What it basically says is that if you actually acknowledge yourself and do not hold on to the past which may not have to do with the present, will you get retribution for your past and yourself.

Btw I fully agree with your Koe no Katachi review. It's on point.
