Well, thank you. I exactly made the review to give my perspective of it purely as an anime, without tieing it with the manga.

Yes, the pacing is really really bad. What Im trying to point out is they should just leave it at s1 and let people to read the manga, instead of giving us short seasons every who knows how many years till it come to an end. It gets boring, and nobody would care, they're losing audiences.

And yes, even though I like the manga so much for its story development, unfortunately there are points where the characters are dull and definitely they feel like mary sues.

Anime is an entertainment that you watch regularly every week for new episodes, not like manga or novels that take years to develop and let the characters "evolve". I know that they're the adaptations of those books, but at least, it's either you end it in a good way and let the people who wants to know more move to the books, or just let the books to finish (or at least get quite far away in chapters) and make a proper adaptation not for just the sake of milking it for money.
