10 - Enoyable to read and memorable, no big issues with the story
9 - has some flaws that detract from the manhwa(story,art...etc) in a meaningful way but not that big
8 - Good overall, has some obvious flaws and things that could be changed to make the story better - perfect example Solo leveing

7 - Enjoyable to binge read or just read weekly but with no memorable features and easy to forget you ever read it, overall ok
6 - The fast food of manhwa, not memorable and usually has subpar art
5 - Usually stories that would be a 6 or 7 but have some big issue leads to them dropped if longer
