Lloyd from Code Geass is a glasses character. Probably the only good one because he's actually super awesome. Yuki was terrible until she took the glasses off. I put off watching Rozen Maiden for a month because of Jun and his dumb sister.

Shiny glasses characters can be okay, I guess. Kyouya and Gendo are all right.
