{ Wari's Definitions of Yuri }
This is how I define Yuri. Different people define these differently.

Yuri
The romance between two main girls is confirmed, e.g. Yagate Kimi ni Naru.

Subtext/Undertone Yuri
The romance between two main girls is hinted but not confirmed, e.g. Machikado Mazoku.

Non-Yuri
There are no romance between two main girls, if they exist at all, e.g. InuYasha.

❌ ❌ ❌ Yuri Bait ❌ ❌ ❌
The romance between two main girls is presented as a possibility despite one or both girls being confirmed straight, or despite the lack of any romantic progression given to them before they ultimately end up with male character(s), e.g. Hibike! Euphonium.

I like Yuri and Subtext Yuri. I'm OK with Non-Yuri. I hate Yuri Bait. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
