Angel Beats, Nagi no Asu kara, Hanasaku Iroha, Shirobako, and Uchouten Kazoku 1 & 2
and then Uma Musume just because it's fun and different.
While that list is in no techincal order...and imo those are the "best" from PA Works...I'd say my personal favorite is probably Hanasaku Iroha. I just love nearly everything about that series (tv + movie). But you can't go wrong with checking out any (or all) of the five I mentioned. And you should!
The only real crap you should avoid from PA Works is RDG, HaruChika, and Charlotte
