Well, I texted him in about 7.45 a.m I had a feeling that he would be late and I was right :x I was ready at that time and he said I was TOO early and he haven't showered yet meaning he haven't gotten ready at all. You see, he was actually the one who said that we should meet up at 8 a.m so, it's logical isn't it to text him 15 minutes before 8? after all, we have to catch a bus to meet up at the place. Showering and getting ready would take at least 30 minutes maybe plus he said that he need to recharge his phone :x So, it's safe to say that meeting up at 8am is impossible unless he have some kind of superpower which I highly doubted :d
