It's openly lolicon, so I don't think the manga can count on any objective canon. At least between Misha and maid. At the same time, although I don't really follow Dragon Maid, from what I know, it's more or less heading towards a full-blown romance.

Dragon Maid is much more of a true yuri compared to Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru, as the former has at least two adult women as protagonists, while the latter is a yuri bait comedy about a maid who fetishizes a little girl.
