Cassie got her arms regenerated/reattached and went home. Nothing more from her after the battle. The conversation in chap 45 is mainly about the two men discussing about Stella and the bro wants Kazuya to realize that they're a bad match since Kazuya got no fame, no money, no power ... just a regular Japanese (and the bro does have a racial discrimination against non-Britain it seems).
The last bit is about calling everyone out in the middle of the storm and the bro is once again trying to brainwash Stella to make her his toy in front of Kazuya.
Since you asked me to explain the stuff up to around chapter 43 for you, I assume you're okay with spoilers ...
I don't know what to say from 33 up to chapter 37 since it's mainly just the battle escalating and the Nova mind-controlling Cassie to make her kill and make her believe that she's no more than a puppet to her dad thus she needs to do her best at killing.
You should also know about the aftermath of the battles where the wounds are all healed due to their "advanced tech" -.-
As for Stella and her brother ... it was mentioned long ago I think ... basically her brother used to molest her and do all sorts of stuff to her body which makes her end up being afraid of getting touched by anyone (hence the title Untouchable Queen). As for chapter 41 and 42 ... basically the two are alone in the hotel room and the brother is mind raping Stella to turn her back to the helpless little girl she used to be (she used to complain to her mom but her mom wanted to stay in that mansion so Stella never got any help and ended up having to stay silent and get molested daily).
