That's fair. I tend to like characters from video-games/visual novels much more than their anime counterparts, so if I were to have an unrestricted list of favorites here most of them wouldn't be from anime.

Thankfully she is. Without this my profile wouldn't be complete :P

for contrast, I finished Sky 3rd way faster than Sky SC, so that means I focused myself on it more. (I can't focus on trails games that much for some reason, I need a hook and a good mood for walls of texts, so I guess 3rd being more straight forward was a plus for me)

I really loved the characters on 3rd a lot more than SC and the soundtrack too. For me it was like the perfect closure game.

Contrary to what many people say, I found the guy’s background and depression to be a bit too contrived to where I can’t really get attached to him as a character.

Yea, I don’t like the gyaru trope as a whole, even though they’re often easy to read/watch.
