There are restrictions:
Max width: 600px, Max height: 140px, Max signature size: 300Kb Max characters: 650
If you want to put in a picture with text, it will need to be be shorter either length-wise or height-wise than the max.
To do the list of recently watched shows, there is a tool for that in the Edit Profile area. Click on "My Signature" at the top, select the kind of updates you want to do from the pull down, the number to put, the colors, etc... and then copy and paste the code it gives you into your signature in the "Forum Settings" area.

There is a limit of 650 characters in the SIG as well. I have never used an image for a sig, I usually just have text. I recently added the automatic thing that posts my last few shows updated.

klip add to my list. nanti ada pilihan:
watching = yang lagi ditonton (yang diikutin, lebih diprioritasin)
completed = udah selesai ditonton
on-hold = baru ditonton beberapa episode, tapi buat nonton kelanjutannya, dinanti2 dulu (ga bgitu diprioritasin)
dropped = anime yang ga dilanjutin nontonnya
terus ketik episode berapa yang trakhir kali ditonton. pilih skor anime itu menurut senpai. bisa juga tambah add details. di add details ada kayak tgl berapa mulai nontonnya, tgl berapa completed nonton animenya, dll. baru klik yg paling bawah.
