Unfortunately that description is difficult to pinpoint since it is used in alot of titles. But here goes..... try Parasite Dolls, Ghost in the Shell (original), 8 man after, Battle Angel, Guyver, Shuten Doji, Riki-Oh, Highlander, Golgo 13, Angel Cop or Crying Freeman. It's hard to remember as alot of them blur together in my mind. Any other info you might have or remember would help. Was it a mecha title? I didn't really get into any of the longer series really. I just skimmed over OVAs and a few shorter series. Was it ninja related? Try Goku : Midnight Eye? Cop-related?

Hey there, I see your new here on MAL. We have decent compatability for anime (I don't read manga). I will go thru your list to see if I can make any recommendations for you.

Are you into cyberpunk, mecha or violent and gorey types? If so, we will chat often and nicely. These are my favorite types and my ratings will show it. I have 99% of my completed list on dvd and own about 50% of my plan to watch list. Obviously, I am an aggresive anime dvd collector. If you are to, I will be more than happy to help.
