I'm not sure exactly what you're getting at. If you're wanting to start a discussion specifically for or about beginners, why not make a new thread in the club forum to that effect?
First, I'd recommend reading Ranivus's Blog, which is a really good tutorial on how to use CSS on MAL.
You can push CTRL+U on anybody's list and see the CSS code they used (it will be the within first 200 or so lines near the top.) After that, you just need to find the "command" within the code which alters the list and change it to what you want. For example, there's a line which tells which font you want to use, a line that tells what background you want to use, a line that tells what the picture you want to use for your "On Hold" section is, an so on. You have to be very careful in most cases to get your code right, because leaving out one semicolon (;) or one bracket ({) can make the list work differently than you want. You edit all of this under the "My List Style" tab of your profile.
I'd definitely read the above tutorial, but if you don't understand something, just write back. Also, if all you want is a simple FLCL list, I wouldn't mind making one for you if you want, since I have some free time at the moment.
It's not offensive at all, nor did I suggest it was, what I said is that none of your posts make sense so far.
Every topic you reply on are trivial. These kind of topics aren't popular at all because of their content, which is none, and they are the most easy ones to reply on since the topic's subjects are mostly boring and mainstream. However, regardless of that, you still seem to have trouble to reply with anything solid. So my advice is hereby: Stop posting, start observing. Then when you finally got the hang of it you go try again.
Only the E and D strings in that case - generally you'd hit the bottom one with your thumb or pick and the other one with another finger.
As for easy songs, the first one I ever learned to play was House of the Rising Sun. You just need to learn a few chords: A minor, C, D, F and E - if you don't know a chord, there are a lot of places on the web to find them, like this one.
Well, that really depends on your skill level, and even more on your taste in music - it's a lot more fun to practice a song you really like and want to play well. I remember really wanting to play a song by Santana, and while I thought it was way beyond me to learn, I kept trying for a while (with the help of a decent tab I downloaded) and managed to play fairly well.

That sentence doesn't contain anything tough to comprehend now does it?
