Anyway, Vancomycin is pretty good, if you know how to use it! Of course, you don't just slap it on everything like Piptaz. It is also quite a bit older than your newcomer drug, so cut it some slack ^^.
Well, according to your list you already read Radiation house and that is the only real medical manga I have read a substantial amount of. If you are interested in western TV shows though I would recommend House, MD (very enjoyable, even guessed a couple of cases right before House^^) and Emergency Room (kind of old but Season 1 was pretty good). I will let you know if I come across any interesting medical Manga in the future.
