Due to the 10 slot limit, I try to include only one character from each series (but I sometimes cheat). And also, I prefer positive characters in general. But Makshima was certainly interesting, and not just your typical bad guy
Well I didn't thought about the order to be honest, I love them equally, still I love Madoka the most, either way I think you are forgeting to count Nagisa into the group
