y shinsekai yori is a masterpiece :D but its somehow even better after rewatching it, because you notice all the small things that fit perfectly into the anime :D
I saw Tokyo Ravens you liked and thought was the most under-rated series. I also liked it, especially due to the cast of characters and also their way of combat.
So, I think you should check out what I think is the most under-rated: Yozakura Quartet: Hana no Uta.
