- Made in Abyss, wonderful world, interesting story wonderful visuals
- Anohana, Really sad but beautiful story.
- Yakusoku no Neverland, Interesting story, really good setting and good characters.
- Shinsekai yori, really a hidden gem, interesting story, with philosophical aspects.
I'm not sure about some how mainstream there are, but these are a few anime's I really enjoyed a there a some differences in genre for you to choose form.
