Almost the same set up. Group of people with special abilities and items they use for fighting. They are in an organisation, have a HQ and they go on missions. Support people don't have special abilities. There is a character who measures up both MCs at the beginning. In both anime the main characters hands are weird, raised by a man who are not related to them, and both their dads die.
However, Rudo and Allen has very different personalities.
